Mozambique – The most wonderful of discoveries
This Mozambique beach holiday had an exotic feel to it: Vilanculos, Bazaruto Archipelago, Tofo, Inhambane; sharing an unspoiled part of Africa with my daughter, Antoinette, before she returned to Europe.
I love discovering new lodges, but what I’m really after are those rare encounters you simply can’t make up. Like my sunset trip on a small traditional dhow, the turquoise waters of the Bazaruto Archipelago, the fishermen who became musicians just for the duration of a sunset.
It’s moments like these that turn a lovely trip into an unforgettable one.
